Role in the Team: Mechanic for Jamie Whincup, Pit stop Car Controller, Team Joker and Prankster.
Race Day role: Make sure nothing breaks on Jamie’s car and also make sure I don’t fire the cars out of the pit bay into any other cars during a race.
Best time of the day: Would have to be Lunch time with Muzz’s cooking. Love them make it your own rolls!!!!
Why TeamVodafone? Steve told me this was the THIRD and final time he would ask me to come and work here!! Worked with most of the boys from back in the John Briggs (Betta Electrical) days and couldn’t knock back the chance to work on car #1
If not at the track: Somewhere near water, jet skiing etc or catching up with family and friends (something you don’t see very often in this job)
