1.     How do I become a T8M8?

It’s easy! Simply click on the T8M8 Package page of the website, chose your level of membership and click “Buy Now”

2.     How long does a membership last?

Memberships last 12 months however, your member number is yours forever.

3.     What different types of T8M8’s are there?

There are 3 levels of membership – Chrome ($888), Fluoro ($228) and Carbon ($88). All the details of our T8M8 packages are available here

4.     What discount do I get if I’m a renewing member?

Renewing members receive an 8% discount across all levels of membership. You can upgrade or downgrade when renewing, receiving the discount either way (discounts apply to members renewing from 2010 onwards only).

5.     When/how do I take my Hot Lap as a Chrome member?

Chrome members are able to take their Hot Lap at either the Holden Performance Driving Centre (Norwell, Qld) or Eastern Creek (NSW). Dates for the ride days are advised by Triple Eight via email. Hot Laps are only available with a Chrome level membership and cannot be purchased from TeamVodafone outside of the membership packs. Some other states are available for Hot Laps which are advised by Triple Eight directly with Chrome members.

7.     How long does it take for my pack to be delivered?

Please allow a few weeks for delivery from the date or purchase. Members who purchase after March will receive packs within a month after the date of purchase.
NOTE: 2012 Membership packs are due out late February.

8.     What if I don’t live in Australia or NZ?

Members living outside of Australia or New Zealand wishing to purchase a T8M8 membership need to contact TeamVodafone to discuss additional postage costs PRIOR to purchasing a membership. Please email info@tripleeight.com.au for more details.

9.     What if an item I receive in my pack is faulty?

We take every care to package your items to avoid damage in transit but this can’t always be avoided. If you receive something in your T8M8 pack that is either broken or faulty, please contact TeamVodafone immediately either via phone (07 3635 7000) or email info@tripleeight.com.au

10.  How do I get my 10% merchandise discount?

To receive your merchandise discount at the track (at any of the V8SCA 2011 races), simply show your membership card to the TeamVodafone merchandise staff. To receive your discount online, simply head to the merchandise store (here) and login – your surname is your username and your member number is your password.

11.  How do I arrange a Pit Garage tour?

Pit Garage tours can be taken at any round of the V8SCA 2012 season, a maximum of 1 guest per person is allowed, guests do not have to be T8M8′s. Times for the tours will then be emailed back to you once confirmed on the Team’s schedule. Members can only take three (3) tours per membership season and if you have already taken one tour in a season, you will be placed on a waiting list for your second and third tour (members who have not yet taken a tour in a season will get preference to maintain fairness with registrations). Tours are limited to 5 members per tour (plus 1 guest each, 10 people in total per tour group).

MEMBERS MUST BE WEARING THEIR T8M8 LANYARD AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE GARAGE.

Please note the days and times are at the discretion of TeamVodafone and may be changed at late notice should race scheduling require. We do not guarantee that either drivers and/or cars will be in the garage at the time of the tour and members can’t be taken down pit lane to visit any other Teams. It is up to members to check their emails for the date & time confirmation. If members don’t turn up for their allocated date, we unfortunately cannot fit you into another tour on the same race weekend.

12.  When is the T8M8 evening?

Details of the T8M8 evenings will be advised via email and through the website. Please note that we try to arrange these evenings on dates close to a Qld V8 Supercar event.

13.  Can I book corporate hospitality as a T8M8?

Yes, and as a T8M8, you receive a 10% discount! For all Corporate Hospitality inquiries, please contact soundos@octaneevents.com.au

14. When are the Workshop tours and how are they arranged?

Workshop tours are taken as part of the T8M8 Member Evening each year. Should you not be able to attend this event, you can request an individual tour by emailing us at info@tripleeight.com.au

15. How do I change my details?

To change your email, physical address, phone number or any personal details, please email info@tripleeight.com.au
