Terms and Conditions for TeamVodafone Hot lap winners:

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Triple Eight Race Engineering are ineligible.
3. Hot lap participants must be at least 16 years of age, under 95 kg in weight and below 194cm in height, with no pre existing heart ailments. Appropriate clothing includes closed toe shoes, comfortable clothing allowing entry/exit from a full-length race suit.
4. The competition is open til November 30th, 2010 and no merchandise tags presented or posted to Triple Eight Race Engineering after this date will be accepted.
5. The Hot lap winners will be drawn on Wednesday December 1, at Triple Eight Race Engineering, 40 Depot Street, Banyo QLD 4014.
6. Winners will be notified by phone and their names uploaded on to www.teamvodafone.com  within the Team News section.
7. Winners must contact Triple Eight Race Engineering no later than 6th December 2010 to confirm their attendance at the Ride Day. No contact or confirmation with Triple Eight Race Engineering before this date will result in a forfeit of the prize.
8. Winners will receive a written invitation via post that they are required to bring along on the day of their Hot Lap (no other copies of these invitations will be accepted).
9. All the Hot Laps will be conducted at Eastern Creek Raceway, Eastern Creek, Sydney on Tuesday December 14, 2010. Actual ride times will be advised when Winners are contacted by the Team.
10. Winners will be responsible for making their own way to the Ride Day, including all travel and accommodation expenses.
11. Once at Eastern Creek, Winners will need to register with the Team personnel conducting the event, to ensure their allocated ride is secured.
12. Should a Winner be unable to attend the Ride Day on December 14, they can nominate an alternative ride day participant, provided they satisfy clause #1, as above. The Team will need to be advised of the substitution, no later than seven (7) days prior to the Ride day.
13. Ride Day participants will be supplied with TeamVodafone hospitality on the day and will receive a commemorative image of themselves inside the car.
14. Winners will also be able to take personal photographs during the Ride Day.
15. Should the Ride Day not proceed due to inclement weather or vehicle breakdown, the Winners will be re allocated to an alternative Ride Day planned for 2011.
16. Winners are allowed to bring along guests at the Ride Day, but Team hospitality and Hot Laps will not be provided for these guests.
17. It is the Team’s discretion on who will be driving the TeamVodafone Ride Day car(s) and Winners will not be able to request a particular driver or vehicle.
18. Winners will be required to sign an Indemnity form prior to the commencement of their Hot Lap and all matters in regards to liability, release and assumption of risk will be covered at the Ride Day and within the Indemnity form.
