Does anyone know the best way to get into motorsport as a mechanic. I know practically everything about a V8 supercar and how they work so i would really love to just be able to touch one everyday. I love V8 supercars to death and i would do anything to become a part of it. My dream is to become part of a V8 supercar team and i don't want anything else. I'm 15 and i will be applying for a tafe course in mechanics very soon. Believe me im one of those persons that would sit there for days polishing the cars wheels or even getting the smallest sticker in its place… haha

Hi Josh,
Last year i was watching sunrise (Chennel 7 Morning Show) and there was somebody that contaccted them and asked them if with their links to V8 Supercars they could get a job with one of the teams. They were 17 i think. Sunrise contacted the teams and Kelly racing gave them a spot to hep during last years Hombush 500. I hope this helps because i would like to one day work for a v8 team.
