why didnt they wait one more lap to address the situation.maybe they want to compress the c/ship points to make it more interesting.still not great by t8 this weekend, they dropped the ball a little, hrt more to the fact gt and his crew were on fire and took the luck of the safety car but still put themselves at front. cant be angry jamie wasnt good enough this weekend for the win but up until that stupid call was good enough for 3rd.

All to often the car with loose bodywork is the innocent party, if the car behind hits and causes a subsequent mechanical black flag then the car that caused it should cop 2 x drive thru's, this might put some penalty on the offending car. And change the rules that a black flag can be retracted.

I agree with Andrew. What did James Courtney get for causing the black flag?

I don't think that race control see half of what is going on. They wait for the call from Crompton or Skaife to say they will be replaying the incident b4 they act on it. I think the rule for running up the rear of another car should be looked @ because now Courtney has gotten away w' it what is to stop him doing it again or others following suite. Then V8 supercars would turn out like the utes. Rubbish racing which becomes expensive after a while.

come on if we black flag everyone for a bump then whats point of racing.jamie just unucky that body work came loose.i support t8 but what you all are saying is ludicrous.they all bump, james drove the wheels off that car, just an unfortunate incident, same could be said about frosty in 1st race, got damage from no fault of his own.it happens every race.its just because its jamie and then the drama that followed by still getting drive through.roland and jamie werent upset at james just at the race control,we have to take the blinkers off because its vodafone that got the penalty

I agree with Andrew and Anthony. Why didn't Courtney get penalised for hiiting Jamie?

To me its a witch hunt on the number one car! Is it just me all is it that the v8 show was worried about Jamie always winning....To me why aint the others stacking up?

why should james have been penalised he didnt spin him or send him wide it was a love tap that unfortunately broke loose the under carriage the call on the black flag was premature but after a black flag given it cant be withdrawn.thats what needs to be changed dont blame james even jamie didnt have prob with it its just racing.the way everybody talking their would be 20 black flags a race for love taps.thats what we want nose to tail with no passing and everbody scared to have a go

I think Race Control should have withdrawn The Black Flag! & James should have got penalised.

Race Control have made some silly decisions at times which is not fair to the Drivers! and have at times cost drivers Podium Positions... e.g Greg Murphy at Bathurst 2003 getting a 5 minute Penalty!!
