I think Lowndesy & Skaifey have got the best chance of winning Philip Island & Bathurst this year with the new rules where the 2 "A" drivers can't drive the one car.

Yes. I have to agree Lowndesy and Skafe have got the best chance. But i also think Jamie and Owen have a good chance. I would love to see both 888 cars on the podium at Phillip Island and Bathurst.

Skaife & Lowndes in a V8 Supercar at BATHURST...................... it just doesnt get any better than that : )
Jamies Talent is obvious, and I reckon Steve Owen is by far the most under rated driver around, and should be a main game regular driver...........

yeah but skaife is a tool and how many times has he cooked the clutch on the start line of enduro's i reackon leave skaife at hrt and pick an up and comer maybe like leane tander she went great at bathurst kept the car on the lead lap and she kept the car straight thats all you need and lowndes will do the rest

t8 cars look to have picked up great co drivers but i think they have to be wary of moffart and frosty they will be strong too

Yeah I think Skaife/Lowndes have the best combo. I think Jamie would be strong to but I am not sure about Steve Owen. But watch out for Moffat/Frosty.( But I think Moffat should have been paired up with Whincup)

Chris?? Firstly, I doubt Skaife will every have anything to do with HRT and TW again. And although I am a fan of Leanne's, I wouldn't call her the best enduro driver in the field....
Lowndes/Skaife - great driver combo. Lowndes/Skaife/T8 built car - close to unbeatable.
I'd put both GRM cars, whichever Kelly boy drives with Pretty, and Frosty/Moffat in the mix too. In the next group I'd put Jamie/Owen... if Owen has a good weekend they will certainly be in contention for a win.
Is Luff driving for DRJ? If so I'd tip that pairing as a contender too.
Out of Skaife and Owen, Skaife is the better driver and possibly better paired with JW in regards to championship position. However Skaife and Lowndes have worked together before and are a marketing dream!!

the skaife lowndes combo for the enduros merchandise will pay the salaries for jamie and craig for the year,i think the moffart thing is due to the fact fpr are grooming him for richos seat next year.their is no word on hrt drives,maybe because they will sack karl and fabien just before enduros then hire them to pair up with tander and will its not like they havent done that before ie 06

Karl? Karl Reindler races for BOC. Andrew Thompson races for BRR. Fabs is a great driver, and as a BRR fan I'm supporting Thommo too!
Reynolds and Percat got themselves Walkinshaw enduro drives. I'm hoping Reynolds does well and proves himself enough to get a drive in 2011. Not the calibre of Skaife and a few others, but they will hopefully still do well.

reading these comments ,it is bathurst you no and 161 with drivers that arent in main game ,its a coin flip,2nd tier drivers trying to make a name for themselves cl and ms prob will be favourite but at least 8 cars have a real chance.it all depends who can avoid the carnage and which co driver doesnt make a mistake

With the drivers staying put in their own cars,we're going to see more competitive cars on the lead lap nearing the end of lap 161.There's gonna be carnage in the last 20 -30 laps.Also,with T8 going so well is it out of the equation that we'll see the first team 1-2 finish at Bathurst since Brock/Parsons of 1984?
