The season is now well underway and this week we're getting ready for one of Australia's biggest motorsport events, the Clipsal 500. What are your thoughts on the form from the Middle East events and will it carry over to the streets of Adelaide?

I think that the racing will be alot closer than what it was in the Middle East. Its good to have the racing back on home soil as well.

Well I do have lots of faith in Team Vodafone so I'm picking that Jamie and Craig will do just as well at Adelaide like they did in Middle East. You guys have shown top form. Well done. I'm very impressed with you all. I never imagined Jamie winning all races so far :-) So keep it up boys! I'll be cheering from NZ.

I deffinately think Jamie and the team are in top form, and if not a top step victory somewhere in the top 3 for both races isn't out of the question, I seem to be reading more panic in the rivals voices.. so I think the opposition will be trying a bit too hard. It's nice to be supporting Craig and Mr Skaife again after years of me supporting the other red team.

Dave. I dont think they are panicking just yet as the season has only just started. Theirs a long way to go yet before the panic button gets hit.

Jamie definately number 1 at Clipsal!!!! JC and 'Herbie" will be ones to watch. Jamie has alot of the others teams out there rattled they will be their own worst enemies ..... and J-Dub will be distant silver flash finishing ahead of them :)

Yeh true Pete but as Dutto says eyes forward eyes forward... keep ticking those boxes boys
Jeb Bornatici | 01:33PM - March 9th 2010
Definately think the racing will be closer on the streets. Hard to go past T8 with the start they've had. I was one of those who thought it would take them a while to hit their straps, glad to be proven wrong!!!
Frosty is also looking good. Will be be interesting to see how SVG goes on the street circuit.

LMAO @ Millie. Silver flash. HI HO SILVER-AWAY. He really should stop wearing those reflective undies. LOL.
Millie | 01:44PM - March 9th 2010
Ha ha Pete .... no fair trying to get me kicked out already???? Thats what Jamie should call his car "The Flash" .... cause thats all them others are going to see as he speeds on past ,ahead, away ..... gone!
Pete.C | 01:49PM - March 9th 2010

The way that team vodafone have coped with the change from Ford to Holden shows their brilliance. They have taken the brilliant car they had in the form and proven they have the engineers and the drivers to do the exact same im a holden. ill be cheering team vodafone for a 1-2 victory this weekend!

Domination at an early stage and continued domination would possably neutralise the series to the piont of low attendances. Lets hope that the championship is contested right down to the wire. Ford v Olden.
Norry | 05:08PM - March 9th 2010
I hope Jamie can keep his winning streak, BUT, I hope Craig gets a chance and I hope James Courtney gets some wins. Back on home soil there are safety cars that breed safety cars so I think Jamie will come under pressure.
Nathan Schick | 05:32PM - March 9th 2010
I think that Jamie will keep on performing well, just as his did in the middle east and with the close racing to be seen at the Clipsal 500 I think that he will push through and make it a clean sweep.
Chris Young | 05:47PM - March 9th 2010

Dobbo | 06:17PM - March 9th 2010

J Dub 1st, Frosty 2nd, The Giz 3rd and Lowndsey fourth Saturday Race
Frosty 1st, J Dub 2nd, Lowndsey 3rd and Tander 4th Sunday Race
That is what my head says, my heart says J Dub and Lowndsey 1st and 2nd both races and I really don't care in which order!!
