The Yas Marina Circuit is part of a marina-based development that also includes a theme
park, water park as well as residential areas, hotels and beaches. It features a permanent lighting system, with the YAS V8 400 to be the first-ever V8 Supercar race to begin in the daylight and end in the dark.
